Sacred Yoga is a unique combination of Kripalu Yoga (the yoga of compassion and consciousness), emotional processing and inspirational messages. Learn how to listen to your body’s wisdom: heal physically, emotionally and spiritually, cultivate self-love and become the person you were always meant to be. Open to your sacred, sensual, wise, emotional, imperfect, beautiful, loving, vulnerable, courageous, silly, badass self!
The class will begin with a guided meditation and an inspirational message, followed by gentle stretches and yoga postures. Our time together will close with a few minutes of sacred writing. Please bring a water bottle, a journal and dress in clothes that are not only comfortable, but make you FEEL good!
